Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

Indoor Birdies LLC is a membership-only indoor golf facility. These Facility Rules & Code of Conduct (“Rules”) apply to all members, guests, and accompanying minors while on the premises.
Failure to follow these Rules may result in removal from the facility, suspension, or termination of membership without refund.
1. Membership & Access

Entry is limited to active members and their permitted guests.

Members must check in using their own account.

Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited.

Indoor Birdies reserves the right to verify membership status at any time.
2. Guest & Minor Policy
-
Members may bring:
-
Up to three (3) additional golfers
-
Up to four (4) non-golfing guests
-

A maximum of eight (8) total people may be present, with no more than four (4) actively golfing.

Minors are permitted only when accompanied by an adult member.
-
The adult member is fully responsible for the behavior, supervision, and safety of all guests and minors.
3. Safety Rules
For everyone’s safety:

Only one person may swing a club at a time in a hitting area.
-
Be aware of others at all times before swinging.
-
Golf balls must only be hit toward designated simulator screens.
-
Running, horseplay, or reckless behavior is prohibited.
-
Follow all posted rules and staff instructions immediately.
Indoor Birdies reserves the right to stop play or remove individuals for unsafe behavior.
4. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Members and guests must use all equipment as intended.
-
Altering, misusing, or tampering with simulators or equipment is prohibited.

Members are financially responsible for:

Damage caused by themselves
-
Damage caused by their guests or accompanying minors

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the member’s account.
5. Alcohol Policy (BYOB)

Indoor Birdies LLC does not sell or serve alcohol.
-
Alcohol may be brought onto the premises where permitted.
-
Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or disruption will not be tolerated.

Management may deny entry or remove any individual who appears intoxicated.
6. Conduct & Behavior
All members and guests must:

Treat staff and others with respect
-
Avoid abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior
-
Refrain from loud, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct
-
Comply with all facility policies and staff decisions
Harassment, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal and potential membership termination.
7. Cleanliness & Care of Facility
-
Dispose of trash properly.
-
Return equipment to designated areas after use.
-
Report any damage or safety concerns to staff promptly.
8. Personal Property
-
Indoor Birdies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
-
Personal belongings should be kept secure at all times.
9. Enforcement & Disciplinary Action
Indoor Birdies LLC reserves the right to:

Deny entry
-
End a session early
-
Suspend or terminate membership
-
Restrict booking privileges
These actions may be taken for:
-
Violation of these Rules
-
Safety concerns
-
Damage to property
-
Abuse of staff, guests, or the facility
10. Changes to Rules
These Rules may be updated at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or made available at the facility. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
